Altia Group Reinforces Commitment to Responsible Growth

The Altia Group has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting progress across social, environmental, and governance areas over the past year

The Altia Group, of which Noesis is part, renewed its corporate identity in 2025 under the motto Technology for real growth and is now reinforcing that commitment with the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report

The report summarizes the group’s environmental, social, and governance performance throughout the last year, consolidating a business model in which sustainability, innovation, and responsibility strengthen one another.

Based on this vision, Altia positions sustainability as a cross-cutting element of its value proposition, aligning growth, international expansion, and responsibility within a strategy that sees technology as a driver of real growth for organizations and society.

People at the Core of the Model

On the social front, the report places people at the center of the group’s development strategy. Altia closed the year with 4,270 professionals from 44 nationalities, maintaining a high level of employment stability, with 98.4% of employees holding permanent contracts. During the year, 1,338 new employees joined the group, while investment in training reached 133,646 hours, including 32,929 hours directly related to ESG topics. The group also launched the Leaders of the Future program, a cross-company initiative designed to identify and develop the next generation of leaders.

The report also highlights progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion. In 2025, Altia joined the Women’s Empowerment Principles, promoted by UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact, reinforcing its commitment to more inclusive workplaces and female leadership. By year-end, women represented 29.48% of leadership positions and 27% of the Board of Directors.

“Our commitment is to continue growing while maintaining the consistency of our model, in which economic development must go hand in hand with stable employment, training, integrity, and environmental responsibility,” said Constantino Fernández, Chairman of Altia.

Reducing Environmental Impact

On the environmental side, the group achieved significant progress. Key 2025 indicators include a 39.1% reduction in relative greenhouse gas emissions between 2022 and 2024, energy consumption of 2,870.59 MWh, equivalent to 0.67 MWh per employee, 21.17% lower than the previous year. The report also states that 96.15% of waste was directed toward reuse or recovery initiatives.

Governance and Integrity

In terms of governance, Altia strengthened its internal policies and mechanisms to support growth through a solid framework of integrity and oversight. In 2025, the group recorded 13,046 hours of information security training and approved new policies, including its Artificial Intelligence Policy and Human Rights Policy.

Our vision of sustainability is closely linked to how we design our solutions, reinforcing our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact and the 2030 Agenda through a strategy that connects digital transformation with the creation of social, environmental, and economic value,” emphasized Josefina Fernández, Altia's Sustainability & ESG Director.

With the publication of this report, Altia consolidates its commitment to embedding sustainability across the entire organization. At a time marked by accelerating technological change and increasing regulatory demands, the group reaffirms that growth can only be sustainable when built on responsible, measurable foundations aligned with its purpose.
